Red Snapper With Mushrooms And Wine

The holiday season is upon us once again and along with it come the dinner parties with family, friends and colleagues. Most serve ham, turkey, lamb, duck, goose, roast beef or perhaps roast pork but what about fish, especially in a country such as Thailand where fish and seafood are so plentiful? Well, here's an easy recipe for red snapper fillets with mushrooms in white wine. Any kind of mild-tasting mushrooms can be used such as champignons, straw mushrooms, or white cloud mushrooms. Not a fan of red snapper? No problem. This recipe is great with flounder, sole, grouper, haddock, snowfish, clams, mussels, crab, shrimp or a combination. Now how's that for variety?
