I had monon when I was a teenager. I became ill in 1995 and was first told it was re-current Epstein-Barr virus. I was also diagnosed with low blood sugar. In 1999 I became totally incapacitated and was sleeping 16-17 hours per day. I was then diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Immune Syndrome. The doctors never considered my diet as a cause. About 5 years ago, I began having severe vertigo attacks with vomiting. Each year the symptoms got worse and lasted longer. During my worst attack, I was not able to walk without assistance or sit in a steady, upright position for four days. I made an appointment with an Ear-Nose-Throat Specialist who diagnosed me with Meniere's Disease. I informed him of my use of Diet Coke and asked if the aspartame could be causing my problems. "Definitely not" was his answer, and informed me that patients with this disease were often "Type A" personalities and that I needed to learn to relax. He also said that I would one day become deaf in my left ear. Devastated, I decided not to give up and began researching information about aspartame. I soon discovered the serious dangers of aspartame and immediately eliminated all products containing it.

It took several months for my body to detoxify, but what a difference! I have not had any problems since!

Thank you for this information and product suggestion. I have drafted a letter to Bill Phillips (Body for Life) regarding the ingredients of Myloplex. You are right on regarding the profit over health focus, stupidity and ignorance are the words that come to mind. Keep up the fight, truth never fails and eventually will prevail!!
